Bill’s Grill uses only the finest ingredients.
Selected choices of Angus Beef are custom ground to Bill’s own combination of four different cuts of beef and also offer a choice or Orem Ranch locally raised beef. Bill’s bakes their own buns and use many fine ingredients including fresh salsa, freshly roasted poblano chilies, caramelized onions, fresh mozzarella, fresh grilled vegetables, seared Ahi tuna and more. They offer popular burger specialties from around the United States with different sauces, including Argentine chimichurri, french fry dipping sauce and Bill’s Goop and fun toppings like onion straws.
They’ve designated the menu for their guests to create their own dishes at a very affordable price.
Bill’s Grill is able to use superior ingredients while keeping prices low by not accepting credit cards and by not using advertising. Their food and service sell themselves.
From a lifetime of enjoying foods, Bill has brought together a menu of the “fun” food he enjoys by bringing together culinary experiences from teaching at Susana Trilling’s culinary school in Oaxaca, Mexico and graduating from professional cooking courses in Thailand.
